Flagstaff Police arrested a man on arson and drug charges. Officials say early this morning, officers responded to an area grocery store where a mailbox was on fire. During the investigation, officers were given a description of the suspect and surveillance video confirmed a man walked up to the mailbox, put something in it and then lit it on fire. A search of the area located 66-year old Robert Rickman who was in possession of lighters, zip-tied bundles of matches, a plastic bag containing marijuana and pills. The investigation is ongoing.
