Prescott Police responded to a fatal crash in front of Costco on Highway-69 Sunday. Lt Jon Brambila says for unknown reasons the vehicle driven by a 55-year old Chino Valley man went left of center and collided with 3 separate vehicles before stopping. He says the driver that caused the crash suffered critical injuries and later died at the hospital. Several other people in the crash were also transported to the hospital with various injuries. The name of the person that caused the crash will be released when next of kin have been notified.
