The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a shooting suspect. Early Tuesday morning, 24-year old Brandon Talamantez shot and wounded another person in the 3000 block of West Hidalgo Avenue in Phoenix. He fled after the shooting and has not been located.
