YCSO made additional arrests in connection with the February theft of an elderly man’s debit card from a care facility. Spokesman Dwight D’Evelyn says 50-year old Robert Urzua and his son, 24-year old Alex Urzua were arrested in March. The men had used the victim’s card at several businesses in Prescott Valley. Tuesday, Donna Madden and John Hagge were taken into custody. Madden worked at the care facility where the victim lived and took the card from the man’s wallet. Hagge and Robert Urzua initially used the card to make nearly $1,000 in purchases after which Robert gave the card to his son Alex. Alex used the card to purchase $200 in gas. Alex was also found to be in possession of meth and items used to package and sell drugs at the time of his arrest. All four are charged with multiple felonies.
