Winter moisture is well above normal this winter across the northern part of the state. The National Weather Service says Flagstaff is at 14.82-inches; the normal is 9/10, Winslow is at 5.12 with the normal being 2.5, Prescott has received 6.83 with the normal just over 5-inches, Payson has 15.72 with a normal of 9.4, Show Low 8.53; the normal is 6.3 and Window Rock has picked up 6.3-inches of liquid since October 1-st; their normal is 4.27
