Cottonwood is taking applications from citizens interested in filling a vacancy on the council. The person appointed to the seat will be eligible to serve until a qualified successor is elected in the city’s fall 2020 election. Applications are available at the City Clerk’s Office and must be returned by Friday, February 22-nd.
