A remodel of the Mayer Public Library begins this month. County officials say the library will be closed for 3-weeks starting February 18-th. It will re-open March 11-th with a new look and a better layout. Changes include a new circulation desk, a meeting room for up to 16-people, bring-your-own-device stations, new carpet, updated furniture, and more. The Library District encourages patrons to visit the library before the remodel begins and check out as many items as possible; the check-out time will be extended from 3-to-6-weeks.
