Arizona State Forestry officials say a wildfire that broke out Monday near Prescott Valley charred an estimated 300-acres. Dozens of personnel from several agencies responded to the Prescott Valley Fire, which was burning along Highway-89A near Glassford Hill Road. As of last night, the fire was declared 95% contained. No word on what caused the fire.
