DPS released further details into Thursday morning’s fatal crash near the I-17/I-40 interchange in Flagstaff. Officials say the pickup driven by 54-year old Sylvia Guerra of Clarkdale lost control of the truck on some ice and spun into the path of a semi. None of the occupants in Guerra’s truck were restrained. Guerra was pronounced dead on scene; her three passengers were treated and released from FMC. The driver of the semi was not injured.
