Flagstaff Police issued a sex offender notice for residents living in the 2500 block of North West Street in Flagstaff. In 1992, 51-year old James Anthony Gary was convicted of Statutory Sexual Seduction and in 2004 for failing to register as a sex offender. Gary is a level 2 or 3 offender, which makes him an intermediate or high risk to the community.
Flagstaff Police has also issued a sex offender notice for residents living in the 2000 block of South Beulah Boulevard in Flagstaff. In 2008, 46-year old Michael Alan Henis was convicted of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. Henis is a level 2 or 3 offender, which makes him an intermediate or high risk to the community.
Flagstaff Police has also issued a sex offender notice for residents living in the 2600 block of East Route 66 in Flagstaff. 46-year old Wendell Wallace Yazzie has been convicted of Criminal Sexual Contact and failure to register as a Predatory Offender. Yazzie is a level 2 or 3 offender, which makes him an intermediate or high risk to the community.
