A fatal collision caused the closure of I-40 westbound at I-17 in Flagstaff this morning. DPS Trooper Kameron Lee says the crash involved a commercial truck and pickup. One fatality has been reported so far but details have not been released. Lee says the westbound lanes were closed for several hours. Eastbound lanes are unaffected.
