The Arizona Corporation Commission will hold its annual Winter Preparedness Meeting on Thursday, November 8th at its office in Phoenix. Gas utilities and pipeline operators will outline their plans to ensure reliable services during the winter months throughout the state. Companies will detail their expectations for energy demand and demonstrate how they expect to meet that demand. They will also present their emergency plans in the event of an outage. This special meeting is held yearly to ensure the utility companies preparedness in the event of extreme winter weather. The meeting is not open to the public.
