Verde Valley Fire Units responded to the intersection of Highway 260 and Godard Road, in Cottonwood, on Sunday evening for a two vehicle rollover accident. Battalion Chief Joel Rosenberg says arrival units found two vehicles involved with one vehicle off the roadway and appeared to have roll a number of times. The occupant was thrown from the vehicle, sustained serious injuries and was transported to VVMC. The occupants of the other vehicle were not injured. The incidents leading up to the crash have not yet been released.
