Yavapai County has scheduled a community cleanup for Congress. The cleanup will be at Date Creek Pit, across from the Congress Transfer Station. Residents can dump their unwanted items free of charge on October 25-th through the 27-th and November 1-st through the 3-rd from 8-to-4 each day. Accepted items include household appliances, bagged trash, automotive batteries, unmounted tires, furniture, and yard trimmings.
