Prescott National Forest is making changes in operational hours at certain recreation sites. Starting on October 1st, day-use hours will be reduced to reflect the shorter days at sites in the Granite Basin Recreation Area, Lynx Lake Recreation Area and Thumb Butte Recreation Area. Gates will open at 7:00 am and close at 5:00 pm daily through February 28th.
