Saturday morning, Sedona Fire crews responded to a single vehicle rollover on Highway 179 near I-17. Officials say the driver lost control of the vehicle, veered off the roadway and rolled multiple times. Crews extricated the patient from the vehicle, while DPS shut down traffic to land the medical helicopter. The patient suffered severe injuries and was flow to a nearby trauma center for care. His condition is not currently available.
