YCSO issued a sex offender notification for residents living in the 13,000 block of South Duffers Circle, in Mayer. In 1992, 58-year-old Arnie Lee Morrison was convicted in Texas of indecency with a child and sexual contact with a child and was sentenced to 25 years with lifetime sex offender registration. Victim was an 8-year-old female. Morrison is considered a level 2 offender or an intermediate risk to the community.
