Prescott Valley Police issued a sex offender notification for residents living on the 2900 block of North Truewood Drive in Prescott Valley. In 2012, 25-year old Roberts Arturs Duff, who was 19 at the time of the crime, had sexual conduct, along with two other co-defendants, with a 15-year old female known to them. Duff is considered a level three offender or high risk to the community.
Prescott Valley Police has also issued a sex offender notification for residents living on the 4000 block of North Robin Drive in Prescott Valley. In 2004, 34-year old Juan Miguel Calderon, was convicted in Yavapai County of having sexual conduct with a 14-year old female known to him. Calderon is considered a level three offender or high risk to the community.
