Monday late afternoon, Central Arizona Fire and medical crews responded to a home that was struck by lightning on Roadrunner Drive in Prescott Valley. Crews were able to extinguish a small smoldering fire in the attic and the fire did not spread anywhere else. The homeowner was home at the time, no injuries were reported.
