Yavapai and Coconino County Emergency Management are asking the public to keep storm drains and culverts clear of debris now that the heavy monsoon rains have started. Any item that could be picked up and moved by water and possibly clog up drainage should be moved. Contact emergency management to find out where sand and sandbags are located.
