ADOT is holding a public meeting on Thursday, in Sedona about plans for safety, roadway and bridge improvements along 12 miles of Highway 89A between Sedona and Flagstaff in Oak Creek Canyon. The four projects will require traffic restrictions and are being coordinated to minimize impacts on those who live, work and recreate in the area. The work involves rehabilitating pavement and the Pumphouse Wash bridge, reducing the potential for rock falls and installing erosion control infrastructure. The meeting will be held Thursday, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Sedona Public Library, on White Bear Road.
