ADOT, in conjunction with the Federal Highway Administration, is planning four safety road and bridge improvement projects on Highway 89A between Sedona and Flagstaff in Oak Creek Canyon. The four projects include the Pumphouse Wash Bridge rehabilitation, Sedona City Limits to Bear Howard Drive pavement rehabilitation, rockfall mitigation and Oak Creek drainage and sediment control. Most projects will require traffic restrictions. More information about the projects, including schedules and traffic plans, will be shared at an upcoming public meeting next Thursday from 6pm to 8pm at the Sedona Public Library on White Bear Road.
