YCSO issued a sex offender notification for residents living in the 3000 block of East Colt Circle as well as the 2500 block of South Pipe Creek Drive in Verde Village. 46-year old Kenneth Shannon Booth was 20-years-old when he entered the home of a 12-year-old female and touched her. Booth has had numerous contacts with law enforcement for unrelated incidents. Booth is considered a Level 3 offender or a high risk to the community.
