YCSO issued a sex offender notification for residents living in the 20,000 block of East Marble Canyon Way in Cordes Lakes. In 2002, 47-year old Justin Bradley Locke, who was 32- at the time, admitted to going into the women’s bathroom in a department store and using meth. A short time later, a 39-year-old female came into the bathroom and the offender held a gun to her head. She did not comply and was able to call for help, causing Locke to flee. Locke was convicted of attempted forced sodomy and possession of drugs and paraphernalia. Locke is considered a level 2 offender or an intermediate risk to the community.
