Tuesday evening crews from Sedona Fire responded to a small grass fire that was ignited when a piece of equipment on a power line failed. Officials say they were able to quickly suppress it thanks to rapid notification from residents in the area and a rapid response from the crews at Station 3.They say this quick response is only possible with early notification. Sedona Fire thanks everyone who called 911 and reminds all residents, if they see a fire, to call 911 immediately.
