The North Kaibab Ranger District of the Kaibab National Forest and Grand Canyon National Park will go into Stage-2 Fire Restrictions Friday morning. Fires of any kind, even in campgrounds will be banned, smoking is limited to inside an enclosed building or vehicle, no target shooting or using any tool such as a grinder or welder that can cause a spark.
