Just before 10 pm on Friday, Cottonwood Fire & Medical Department, with assistance from Sedona Fire District and Jerome Fire Department, responded to a motorhome on fire in a business parking lot on the 900 block of South Main Street. Chief Mike Kuykendall says though the motorhome was destroyed in the blaze, no injuries were reported. He says the cause appears to be a mechanical or electrical malfunction.
