According to Navajo County officials, DeSpain Ranch Road in Heber is being evacuated due to brush fires along Highway 377. The fires started this afternoon causing the closure of Highway 377 between Holbrook and Heber-Overgaard and Highway 277 from Heber-Overgaard to Snowflake in both directions. The fires have also caused power outages in Heber-Overgaard and Aripine. Again, DeSpain Ranch Road in Heber is being evacuated due to brush fires along Highway 377.Residents are being sent to Martinez Hall at the Navajo County Fairgrounds.
