A recent article in a travel magazine designates the top ten most charming small towns and cities in Arizona. Making the top of the list are Prescott, Sedona and Cottonwood. Survey participants were asked to pick their top three towns and small cities with populations under 100,000. Also on the list is Bisbee, Flagstaff, Globe, Jerome, Tombstone, Winslow and Yuma.
