YCSO has released a sex offender notification for residents living in the 47,000 block of North 4th Street in Ash Fork. In 2001, 54-year old Paul James, who was 38 at the time, molested a 6-year old female known to him. James was convicted and sentenced to 7-years in prison. James is a level 2 offender or an intermediate risk to the community.
