The National Weather Service in Bellemont released the weather stats for March. Officials say the weather didn’t break any records. Flagstaff average daytime high was 38 degrees, Prescott; 48-degrees and Winslow with 47-degrees. The temperatures are normal for the month. In terms of moisture, Flagstaff received just under an inch; over 2-inches is the normal, Prescott picked up a third-of-an-inch; just over an inch is normal and Winslow only recorded a trace; they should have received a half inch.
