5/22 The National Interagency Fire Center says as of today, there are still 18 uncontained, large fires, burning across the country. So far this year, 29,023-fires have burned more than 2.3-million acres nationwide. These fires include the Santa Rosa Island Fire in Southern California that has burned over 18,300-acres and the Seven Cabins Fire in New Mexico that’s burned over 17,100-acres.
