Wednesday morning, Prescott Valley Police responded to a double fatal accident near the intersection of East Highway-69 and North Valley View Drive. Officials say a white sedan travelling westbound, driven by a 61-year-old Prescott Valley woman, crossed the center line and struck a minivan driven by a 62-year old Prescott man. Preliminary investigation indicates that the female may have suffered a medical incident just prior to the collision. Both drivers died at the scene. There were no passengers in either vehicle. Names have not been released. The investigation is ongoing.
