9/9 YCSO located a 68-year-old man who took a wrong turn while hiking with his wife in the Woodchute Mountain area. Officials say the man’s wife called 911 Monday evening after she became separated from her husband. The woman stated she had found her way back to their vehicle, but she had not seen her husband in several hours. Search and Rescue looked through the night and Tuesday morning, Rescue-1 spotted the man waving his arms while sitting next to a water tank. The man was tired and dehydrated, but otherwise in good condition.
