9/28 YCSO arrested a Rimrock man on charges he defrauded an 87-year-old Village of Oak Creek woman out of $47,000. Officials say over the course of the past 2-to-3-years, the suspect took advantage of the woman and made 119-unauthorized bank charges and nearly $7,000 in credit card thefts. The suspect’s name was not released.
