Residents impacted by the flooding are encouraged to visit the center to ask questions, connect with available resources, and learn more about their next steps toward recovery.
Flood recovery can be overwhelming, and residents may have questions about property concerns, health and safety, utilities, and available resources. The Community Assistance Center is intended to bring helpful information and support together in one location.
“Recovery is about more than rebuilding homes and repairing property. It’s about making sure our residents have the information, resources, and support they need to move forward. We want people to know that they are not navigating this process alone. The Community Assistance Center brings together count departments and community partners in one place to help connect residents with the assistance and guidance they need,” said Ashley Ahlquist, Yavapai County Emergency Manager.
Residents are also encouraged to visit YavapaiReady.gov/recover for ongoing flood recovery information and updates.
Yavapai County appreciates the continued cooperation and resilience of the community as recovery efforts move forward
