5/12 Sunday night, Copper Canyon Fire and Medical District responded to a wildfire in the area of West Finnie Flats Road and Homestead Parkway. Officials say the fire was stopped at 4-acres. Crews then conducted mop up work and extinguished any remaining hot spots. The cause of the fire is unknown.
