8/12 The Arizona Department of Forestry and Fire Management say the Weaver Fire, southwest of Kirkland, is 15% contained at 213-acres. The fire was first reported Sunday after a storm passed through the area. Firefighters have been working to build containment lines around the blaze, which is difficult due to its remote location. Working the fire are 2-wildland crews, several engines and a helicopter.
