6/23 DPS recently stopped a driver on Highway-89 in Flagstaff for speeding only to find out the person never had a driver’s license and had an active felony warrantfor their arrest. The Trooper stopped the woman for going 110-mph in a 65-mph zone. The driver claimed she was speeding because she dropped her phone while driving and the phone was heavy. The vehicle was impounded for 20-days, and the driver was booked into jail for reckless driving and criminal speeding.
