9/10 A DPS Trooper, patrolling I-40, watched a semi driver cross over the solid white line, through the rumble strip, and into the emergency lane, twice. As he approached the cab, he could see the driver had pulled the sleep curtain across the door in an attempt to hide the fact he was on his phone while driving down the interstate. Once stopped, he stated he was listening to a church service and only looked at the screen a few, quick times. He was cited for distracted driving and released.
