9/24 Prescott Police released information on a burglary that occurred at the YMCA shortly after midnight on September 18-th. A security guard at Yavapai Regional Medical Center, who was watching security cameras, called 911 when he saw a man climb a fence and enter the YMCA. Officers surrounded the building and ordered the suspect to exit. When the suspect failed to appear, a K9 was brought into the building to conduct a search. The suspect, 34-year-old Marques Antonio Marino, was found hiding in a closet. He resisted arrest, but was eventually subdued and taken into custody. Marino was charged with burglary, trespassing and resisting arrest.
