9/22 Grand Canyon officials say staff have been working hard to build pathways in the inner canyon that were washed away by flooding on August 29-th. This has helped with re-establishing supply lines and access to areas covered in debris. Crews are also making repairs in Phantom Ranch, Bright Angel Campground and Bright Angel Creek delta areas. The park remains open on both the South Rim and North Rim, with modified operations and closures in some affected inner-canyon areas. Visitors should check current park conditions before traveling. Stage-4 water restrictions remain in effect.
