8/11 Prescott Valley Police conducted a traffic enforcement detail in the town on August 8-th, looking for dangerous and criminal traffic behavior. During the detail, officers made contact with 36-drivers, which resulted in 20-speed citations, 10-other traffic citations and 3-criminal traffic citations. Officials say one driver led officers on a pursuit; the driver was DUI and was taken into custody. Two drivers on Glassford Hill Road were arrested and released for reckless driving after each driver was caught going well over the speed limit on the roadway.
