3/19 YCSO rescued a Phoenix couple from Packard Trail in Sedona Tuesday. Officials say the couple headed out at 11-am on the hike; as the sun started to set they realized they were off trail, out of water, cold and both their cellphones had low batteries. YCSO Search and Rescue located the couple and at 11-pm, DPS Ranger Helicopter flew the couple back to the trailhead. The couple were found on a bluff, 1-mile off trail and 4.5-miles from the trailhead.
