5/6 The Yavapai County Attorney’s Office says Monday, 25-year-old Darrell Lavery was sentenced to 20-years in prison to be followed by 5-consecutive lifetime sex-offender probation terms. In June of 2020, the Paulden man committed sexual offenses against a 14-year-old girl in a local hotel, that he had given alcohol too. While in jail on another matter, Lavery called the young victim multiple times and acknowledged her young age, discussed some of the things he had done to her and made plans for similar conduct upon his release.
