6/08 Page Police responded to a single vehicle fatal crash Friday morning on South Lake Powell Boulevard. Officials say they arrived to find a vehicle had crashed into the Lake Powell Nazarene Church. The driver was found deceased inside the vehicle while the male passenger was found nearby; he had been ejected. The passenger was taken to Page Hospital in critical condition. Officials say speed was likely a factor in the crash. This is the 3-rd fatal crash in Page in the past 2-weeks.
