5/20 It’s not clear yet whether or not Navajo Police captured a man who fled from them Tuesday afternoon. Navajo Police were searching for Terrence Draper who fled from them as officers were conducting an aggravated assault investigation. The incident occurred just east of Chinle. Police also say Draper violated a court order by being at the home. He allegedly threatened his parents with a shotgun. As of last night, Navajo Police were still searching for Draper who they warned was armed and dangerous. Draper fled from officers through a drainage ditch and is believed to have made it to the Del Muerto area. As further details become available, we’ll pass them along.
