5/28 The Northern Arizona Regional Training Academy or NARTA, recently dedicated its new Memorial Garden at Yavapai College in Prescott. It honors 3-fallen law enforcement officers: Sgt. Rick “R Lo” Lopez and Sgt. Tommy Tieman of the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office, and Officer Tyler Stewart of the Flagstaff Police Department. The memorial garden is open to the public.
