4/24 The Coconino County Attorney’s Office says Justin Hill was sentenced to 23-years in prison after a jury convicted him on 18-counts of making and communicating terrorism threats. Over a 2-week period, the Ash Fork man threatened schools, healthcare facilities, businesses and law enforcement, claiming to be “the next mass shooter”. Some of the threats included a picture of Hill wearing tactical gear and handling ammunition. He was captured during a multi-agency manhunt.
