3/25 Coconino National Forests firefighters responded to the Landon Fire yesterday. The fire was located 1.5-miles west of I-17, between Flagstaff and Kachina Village. Crews were able to get a line around the human caused fire, which charred less than an acre. Due to the very dry and warm conditions, the public is reminded to do whatever they can to avoid starting a fire.
